What I am doing this month
- Divide overwintered colonies when there is 8 frames of brood and adhering bees
- Make sure colonies are queenrite. That eggs are spotted in the cells, laying in a nice concentric pattern. Replace poor queens
- Feed Sugar syrup or ProSweet on new colonies drawing out foundation. On existing colonies only if the bees need it
- Feed pollen patties
